Indie Burger (El Bunker)

Hoy fui a comer a “El Bunker” ubicado en Zona Rio, y comí (por segunda vez) en Indie Burgers.

Súper recomendadas, hay para elegir 5 opciones. El combo es bastante económico (y más si comparas el precio con las hamburguesas de Carl’s Jr. u otras franquicias de comida rápida). La favorita de todos es la “Cochi”, que tiene una carne 50% res, 50% cerdo, con tocino, queso Jack, carnitas y salsa BBQ. Si eres fanático de la carne de cerdo y el tocino, esta es tu mejor opción.

Hoy probé la “Indie Burger” que tiene carne de res bañada en jugo de carne, cebolla caramelizada, queso Jack y lechugas mixtas. Es muy rico el sabor de la carne. Recomendada si quieres una hamburguesa algo más normal pero con un toque especial.

Las papas fritas también son muy sabrosas, son gruesas, no muy saladas… parecidas a gajos de papa. Para beber, tienes la opción de pedir soda o la infusión del día (una opción más refrescante y sin tanta azúcar como la soda o un jugo… por si te preocupaba consumir muchas calorías)

Volvería a ir, sin duda alguna y probar alguna otra Burger… pero creo que mi favorita siempre será la “Cochi”, aunque sea una opción tapa arterias… Solo se vive una vez, así que hay que disfrutar.

Para los que tenían dudas sobre los precios, si pides la hamburguesa sola te sale en 60 pesos, y el combo 85 pesos.

Super recommended, you can choose from different 5 options. The combo is pretty cheap (and more if you compared it to the price with Carl's Jr. burgers and other fast food franchises). The favorite of all is the "Cochi", which has a patty 50% beef, 50% pork, bacon, Jack cheese, BBQ sauce and carnitas. If you're a fan of pork and bacon, this is your best choice.

Today I tried the "Indie Burger" which has a beef patty bathed in gravy, caramelized onions, Jack cheese and mixed greens. Is a very rich flavored patty. Recommended if you want something more normal but with a tasty twist.

The fries are also very tasty, are thick, not too salty ... similar to potato wedges. To drink, you have the option of ordering soda or the infusion of the day (more refreshing without much sugar as a soda or juice...  if you’re worried about consuming too many calories)

I will totally return without a doubt and try some other Burgers... but I think that my favorite will always be the "Cochi, even if it is a super greasy option... You only live once, so you have to enjoy.
